This Compton organ was originally installed in the Mayfair Cinema in Liverpool in 1937. It was removed in 1973 when the cinema became a bingo hall and was rebuilt by East Kilbride Cinema Organ Society. The organ now boasts new casework and is a permanent feature in Summerlee Museum.
