Fancy an afternoon of dancing to a real Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ? Join us on Sunday 2nd August for a Ballroom & Sequence Dancing Afternoon featuring Phil Kelsall, principal organist at the Tower Ballroom Blackpool,
playing the mighty Saltaire Wurlitzer.
As a bonus your ticket includes a complimentary Ballroom & Latin taster class, with professional dance instructors from Rise Dance and Fitness Studio, running from 11:45 to 12:45 in the main hall – a great way to warm up or pick up a few new steps before the dance itself, whatever your standard may be.
Doors open for dancing at 1pm, with dancing from 1:30 to 2:30, a short interval, then more dancing from 3 to 4.
It’s a lovely way to spend a Sunday with live organ music, refreshments available, a beautiful venue, and good company.
Saltaire railway station is three minutes walk, level access from Lockwood Street (via a lift) – all are welcome whether dancing or just listening!
