The COS has four regional districts each with its own 'adopted' cinema organ.

The majority of these organs are in working order and the districts hold regular concerts allowing the public to see and hear these wonderfully restored instruments played by some of the world's top artists.

Restoration of such large instruments is always an on-going affair and there are many fine instruments currently in storage awaiting new homes, such as the 4 manual 24 rank ex Trocadero Wurlitzer originally installed at London's Elephant & Castle and which is now destined to be installed in the 'Troxy' which is located midway between the financial districts of the City and Canary Wharf in London.
